      Pros

      The best part of TechM is the ability to work remotely and work with a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      There is a communication barrier at times as there are a lot of offshore employees in India. Team work is not even distributed and offshore workers do not have to serve as Application subject matter experts. Instead, it is put on the onshore employees.

      I loved the introduction into the company. Lots of great apps and a lot to learn. Seemed like they were beyond cutting edge.

      Cons

      Onboarding was overly lengthy and personal documents were requested to be uploaded in a unsecure manor. This was during the hiring process
