No support from RMG or Management. HR group not at all supportive or empathetic...needs to be reviewed with a fine tooth comb and accountability for decisions. On job assistance not present for when key tasks need to be followed up on. Delivery leadership not concerned about your call outs and less appreciative of success. Employee support applications outdated and not easy to use.

In the US, Tech Mahindra is not at all a good employer. Employees get no access to HR to ask questions regarding their benefits, leave. 401K benefits can be availed only after 6 months of employment. They offer group insurance while employed but upon inquiring insurance company says none of the employees are enrolled so no life insurance benefits are available .Enquiries about medical , dental and vision go to a 3rd party company who take their own time to get back to you. You never get a case number for your enquiry so you have to start all over again when you re- enquire about your case/enquiry. Although money was deducted for dental and vision from paycheck, providers are declining costs and again no one to enquire this from. W2 does not tally with the amount they promised to pay and no one is available to talk these things through. Everything is through an application on their portal and none of that consistently work . No one knows anything. Exit from company also very shoddy. No exit interview process even upon request to talk, clarify understand the process . Not at all a good company to work for at least in the US
