First and foremost lack of leadership and professionalism!! In our situation Tech M had taken over a number of IT responsibilities from my former company and a little over 400 of us were not working with Tech M. Once settled in our new company I quickly learned our new senior leadership was not professional and could care less about their employees. I was one of the last people to be "Optimized" and unfortunately I learned that from a phone call that lasted maybe 20 seconds. I never received any follow-up documentation. I requested from HR to obtain my employee files, which never were sent. There was only 1 senior leader that did call me to say he was sorry and tried to keep m on staff, but was overruled. Ultimately, my entire team wa "optimized"

Completely disorganized, corporate systems are from about 2005 and barely work, focus on certifications to sell services regardless of skill level, 10 days PTO for the entire year, no merit or cost of living increases for over 3 years (and only then after employee pressure campaign), poor communication…and the list goes on
