Pros
It used to be pretty stable work, but the company has been hit with tons of layoffs. Same as the rest of the tech industry.
Cons
They do not offer cost of living pay increases, nor do they pay the market rate for the roles. Once you’re in the company it is like pulling teeth to get an increase in pay, even if you’ve been “promoted” to a higher role.
