Thank you for your review and the compliments to our Management Team! We enjoy our social time with the team across all offices and like to show our appreciation for the dedication and commitment to our goals. We do have a Flexible Schedule available when certain performance goals are hit and maintained; this was rolled out about 3 years ago and is a benefit offered still today. Additionally, our Paid Time Off can be used at any time for family-related events, doctor's appointments, etc. We do not restrict the use of that benefit at any time other than around the holidays to ensure the business is operational. Lastly, we accommodate the daily work schedule for educational and family responsibilities for many of our staff members. It's too late to address what you may have needed, but we encourage everyone to talk to us if they need to have some flexibility. At this time we do not offer the ability to work from home due to the strain it can put on our other employee's workload. Our new phone system will offer better capability to manage remote work, and we will evaluate the possibility of offering that in the future.
