Pros

Working at Tech9 is like being part of the Stark family in Winterfell—minus the constant threat of White Walkers. The founders are like a mix of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen, always putting their employees first and striving to build a company that's fair and just. Sure, they've had to make tough decisions and let a few folks go (no Red Wedding-level drama, thankfully), but it's all part of their grand plan to keep the realm—err, company—strong and thriving. The office culture is as warm as a cozy night by the fire in Winterfell's Great Hall, and you can always count on the support of your fellow Night's Watch members (colleagues).

Cons

If you're aiming to ascend the corporate Iron Throne here, you might need to master the art of "courteous diplomacy" (in the most elegant, Tyrion Lannister way possible). Polite flattery and smooth talk can go a long way with the founders and our colleagues from across the Narrow Sea (the US employees). Beware of your main rivals in this game of corporate thrones—HR and the old-timers. They're like the Littlefingers and Varys of the office, masters of manipulation and side hustles. They might spend more time scheming and taking credit for others' work than actually working.
