Pros

Tech9 really is a people first company. They're not bogged down by 2 month interviews. They're interested in the best, and the best right now. I have no problems with Tech9 at all.

Cons

While the benefits are paid, the deductibles tend to be high and sometimes the coverage for primary care is limited.

Pros

Of the multiple companies I have worked for, Tech9 is the one where employees are given the most opportunity to make a difference in Tech9's direction and success -- where employees can have the biggest impact.

Cons

Tech9 is not as "matured" in some of the programs and processes as other companies -- but I look at this as expected, as Tech9 continues to grow.
