few very smart and dedicated group.

Its like opening a can of worms. Most of them in the name of non-profit don't even know what the heck they are doing. Clearly two sets of people are seen people who want to work lets say performers and others lets says non-performers Non-performers are filled with jealousy when the performers are making an impact to the organization and they start creating roadblocks, stop talking(childish), start spreading rumors it just feels like you are in high school all over again. Or rather watching Mean Girls Live. People need to grow up and stop playing politics. Business heavy
