For a company that has been running for over 20 years, it's surprisingly startup-like, which means you will be expected to wear multiple hats and pitch in very often. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves, it's a good place to learn and develop different kinds of skill sets. So more responsibilities, more recognition and more opportunities if you have the "can do" attitude.

To my surprise, I see so many negative reviews posted, it is actually not that bad. From the software development point of view, I see it differently. 1: the team will help you grow and you will grow fast. 2: you have the opportunities to work on different aspects in development. from front end to back end, JavaScript, C++, .Net, different kinds of database, networking, system configuration, release management, windows service, web service/API, web server, desktop client, distributed system... you name it. If you are the one who is willing to learn to handle (or is able to handle) the complex development environment, you will like the place.
