Pros
- Interesting projects (not only zombie games) - Great, talented people who are able to create great things (despite awful technology) - Relaxed atmosphere - No-crunch policy - Opportunity to develop your skills and learn from more experienced people - Wages paid on time
Cons
- Technology and tools years behind industry standard (you need to get used to working using notepad) - "Good enough" mentality among Wroclaw top management resulting in heavy reuse of previous projects game code and outdated technology - Hands-on CEO (residing in Wroclaw) often intervenes in game design and always has final word in every decision (he always knows best despite being advised otherwise) - Low to average salaries and very poor bonuses
