Pros

Perfect onboarding, very friendly people in general, awesome office building with really great food in the cafeteria, good SDK and documentation and great drive to make good AAA games within reasonable time frames.

Cons

As I worked for Techland during Corona year, I was on home office from my country most of the time, without this I would probably not enjoy relocation to Poland that much

Pros

Great people, good mix of experience and enthusiasm. An inspiring owner for whom the most important thing is the quality of the games.

Cons

The constant pursuit of the highest possible quality in every aspect results in frequent iterations. Sometimes with some aspects, it would be better to say good enough and focus efforts on those with the best chance of being outstanding.
