Below average salary for QA. No regular or Annual pay raise. Don't appreciate QA department.

Best Polish gamedev studio I was working in. - very good pay, long term contracts (very unusual situation for a polish market) - studio open for feedback and changes - passionate people - respectful environment - no crunch (at least when I was there) - the ideal size of the studio (up to 100 people)
Cons
The studio has problems, just like every other one. - the communication between Warsaw and Wroclaw was not the best, especially regarding shared tech - the chain of command between Warsaw and Wroclaw is strange - sometimes lack of morale bc a lack of real push for quality - lack of production skill to actually push the project forward with the optimal results (redoing the same map over and over again)
