Pros

- Good salary - Good benefits (sports card, medical ect.)

Cons

- Extremely toxic environment - Contradicting orders from management - Constant feel of pressure (do more!) - They reward quantity over quality - It felt like people were promoted for being in the inner circle not because of their skills and knowledge - Unhelpful HR - No real plan for the projects future (lets just try stuff and see whats gonna stick)

- cool people (for the most part) - on time salary - decent working conditions

- bad management - so-so salary - unpaid overtime - mediocre games to work on - corpo politics - decision holders try to blame others for their own incompetence and mistakes

Cons

- people don't care about your opinion and your experience, - toxic people everywhere, often using slurs even on meetings. This is serious issue. - not really working well c-engine, not user-friendly, people need to re-learn everything, even new approach to custom PBR. - tribalisation of work groups, people don't work as a team.
