It was a job when I needed one. I appreciated how accommodating they were when they needed me. Salary was within the range that my experience indicated.

Cons

Health care is expensive, leave is minimal. Company is somewhat inflexible. Growing pains of a small privately owned company.

Pros

Great company - smart people with a ton of potential. While the company is still growing, a number of changes over the past two years are really starting to pay off. With a strong group of committed people, this place is really getting into high gear. If you're looking to make change in a small business, I'd recommend looking at the job board as there are always great positions to consider.

Cons

Still some weakness in areas but things have changed. With the changes, be ready to engage your customer.
