Cons

Place is really poorly managed at the Project and Program Management level. The PMs will then throw the engineers under the bus to save face with leadership and client. Pay is also sub par.

There was no proper training. It was a sink or swim environment. You learn by reading notes/emails. If you made a mistake, you are yelled and cursed at.
