      Pros

      It was a job when I needed one. I appreciated how accommodating they were when they needed me. Salary was within the range that my experience indicated.

      Cons

      Health care is expensive, leave is minimal. Company is somewhat inflexible. Growing pains of a small privately owned company.

      Pros

      You are aggressively recruited. During the in-person interview, you are told about multiple positions that you are the perfect fit for, and that hiring you is easy. Figuring out which position is to fill with you, is the difficult part of the (corporate) process. GREAT boost t/o your confidence..

      Cons

      You get interviewed. You are supposed to receive an offer letter within 2 days; which, allows you the time to give proper notice to your current employer. You don't receive any offer and there is no contact following the interview. You are contacted and sent an offer letter two days before you are expected to report.to your "new" job. Multiple instances of illegal and unethical practices, products, and actions (Contracts with the Government and subcontractors and multiple events and actions that meet criteria for a Hostile Work Environment.)
