Confused disorganized and they hire managers who Harrass employees

Small company low bureaucracy limited choice

Cons

They offer little in the support of employees somehow the inner group management seems to be myopic in the management they allow project PMs to Harrass employees and have no process to stop it

If you are coming from a large company like Deloitte, Booz Allen, or PWS you won't like working at Technatomy. They are still trying to figure out how to run a business. There are good people at this company that want to bring change and its taking some time.
