      Work from anywhere, company emphasizes personal accountability for client outcomes and gives you the tools to do it

      Cons

      Nothing significant. Small companies don't always have dedicated overhead staff for things like IT troubleshooting, but the company leadership are always available to make sure we have what we need to succeed.

      Technical Assent is a company of visionaries who strive to design government services that run as smoothly as the top-rated, private sector customer-experience giants. What’s fun about working here is that the innovation is not only for our clients; we are constantly innovating within the company as well. In other words, we practice what we preach! I’ve never been with an employer that is more flexible and understanding about balancing the demands of the job with life outside of work. For me, this includes raising a family as well as personal artistic goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes we get spurts of work that require long hours but there's a huge sense of teamwork during these times. Everyone is always asking what they can do to help each other out.
