Pros

Very low stress interview. Very well kept working areas. All interviewers seem nice and welcoming but it is a trap.

Cons

Extremely high turnover! Most people are overworked. Lots of gossiping administrators. Bathroom breaks timed. Managment had very little support for employees. Lots of micromanagment. I accepted a position but saw the handwriting on the wall and resigned within the month. I gave a written notice to my manager who in turn presented the document to her superior. They discussed the resignation in a huddle and the next thing I knew, HR brought security to "escort me out".

Pros

Pro: stepping stone to better position outside the company. Coffee is free but is cheap and tastes like sh*t. Can't think of anything else positive.

Cons

high staff turnover; incompetent managers; favoritism, blame game; employees overall miserable; expensive parking ($80/month); must reimburse the company 100% for training courses if you leave the company within 1 year after taking the course/conference.

Pros

There are few pros when describing this company. The benefits were good although you had to pay for parking. Health insurance was excellent and very affordable/

Cons

Lots of old cronies that watch out for each other and actually spy for the President. Lots of relatives work there too. The facilities are not very nice. Most everyone has to share an office and the walls between offices are paper thin. Beware of what you say. You never know when a spy is right next door. People don't say hello. Roommates don't talk to each other. You aren't allowed to close the office door. The President doesn't like it. There is little opportunity for advancement. Fortunately the company has developed some business. How is unclear, but there track record is not terrific for bring in new business. Try working on a proposal there. What a nightmare. If you can work upstairs you are in better shape. Stay away from the floor where the President presides with her friends and the HR person with the glittery eye shadow.
