Pros
The best thing about working for Technifax is the close-knit environment. With it being a small company, upper management is readily available and willing to work alongside all departments to ensure our customers are taken care of, as well as their fellow employees. I have found that the company truly cares for their customers and that focus of care is also on the employees. In my time here, I have received positive feedback and constructive criticism, all delivered with professionalism. Even though I am not in a management position, the CEO himself notices my accomplishments and has taken the time to call and personally let me know that I am doing a great job.
Cons
We are all human beings and sometimes have bad days. With Technifax being small and close-knit, it is easy to be aware of other's frustrations, but also their wins, which is part of life.
