Pros

Technifax is a competitive, fun work environment, Training is a step by step process and covered by all levels of management and departments. You have to prove yourself to be a hard, dedicated employee but you are rewarded with above average salary along with excellent compensation and awards. There is also opportunities for advancement and a dedicated department for lead generation.

Cons

Not really any. You do have to work hard to build a pipeline because the business is competitive.

Pros

Freedom , you are in the field from 10:30 till 4. Higher base pay then most entry level sales positions, with good incentives if you reach quota.

Cons

Management does not back it's employees, as does the owner of the company. It is his way or the highway. You are thrown into the field with little training and knowledge on the equipment you are selling. No 401K or time off in the first six months of employment. If there is a holiday in the first six months of you working there, you don't get paid for that day.

Technifax Office Solutions Response

Technifax provides entry level sales reps with no less than sixty to eighty hours of comprehensive training in the first two to three weeks. It's true there is no paid time off in the first six months of employment; however, paid time off is accrued during this time and may be used after the first six months. The first 90 days of employment is a probationary period, and company benefits such as paid holidays begin following this 90 day period. Technifax offers 401(k) participation after one year of employment.
