Pros
The people you work with are absolutely awesome. On occasion departments will be treated to breakfast or lunch. There is a lot of potential to be a better company. There have been efforts to get employee input on how the company can be improved.
Cons
Management tends to not fight for their employees over situations and overloaded work schedules and those did have all basically left the company. There is quite a bit of disorganization within the company's operations and corners do get cut on occasion. Some departments are running a little too "thin" considering the growth of the customer base. The software and some of the hardware being used are very outdated. A pay raise was rare. It seemed as if certain departments got better treatment than others.
