• Strong Safety Culture. • Great for learning as entry-level grad and/or experienced professional with no O&G industry experience. • Global footprint, thus, great chance for travelling. • Compensation slightly above industry average and great 401k match. • Very good humane treatment during the pandemic.

Cons

• Declining financial performance since 2017. • Constant internal re-structuring to compensate for high turnover and inefficient operational performance. • Heavy loaded at the Top - too many managers. • Medical benefits are getting expensive.
