      Work environment friendliness and career mentoring very effective in Technip ,The younger employees can grow very well and they Keep their older staffs as long as you are still active ,positive in value system and ready for new challenges .

      In Qatar Gas 11 , it was a systematic recovery of the project schedule .

      Quite nice to work with people and benefits from company. Some of the bosses are good but also depends on how well you are.

      Cons

      Some of the people are quite political on looking at ranks. They don’t see your present or treat you as a colleague.
