      It's a worldwide company that identifies and develops tallents. Collaborative culture. Good opportunities to work overseas.

      Cons

      It is not considering invest in solutions for renewable energy market in short term.

      Pros

      -Benefits are good, private healthcare, severe illness money, sick leave, pension is reasonable granted some of these you have to contribute to -Travel there does seem to be a good bit of it, if you wish to -people there seems to be a good set of people -safety onsite and around there is an appeared presence to care

      Cons

      -Middle management all sorts of in house politics / god complexes -Communication at times is fairly poor
