Nothing much to say. Don't trust them when they wanted you to move under their pay roll.

Cons

Keeps almost half of your Rate as commission. No 401k Plan. Not good in getting another project, once your contract ended.

- will pay on time

Cons

- they have only one prime vendor verizon. And once you join with Verizon, they won't allow you to go out of it easily at your will, they exploit our immigration if needed to keep you at their place. - they withdraw your I-140 as soon as you leaves them, so if you are planning to have immigration with them, stick to them till you get GC. - They get maximum out of your billing rate from client.
