      Pros

      The wide range of clients and technologies used helps TIans to choose their platform of choice. One gets a chance to grow and learn while at the job. The L&D path is awesome and focuses on my professional and personal growth along with my deliverables. Clients are friendly, understanding and have great relationships with the TI Manager. It is very easy to communicate with the management and we get a lot of face time with higher management!

      Cons

      We could have more events and connect with other TIans. Better processes would also benefit all.
