      Pros

      TI has good clients and has a good relationship with them that ends up benefiting us employees. Focuses on growth a lot by assigning a mentor to each employee that helps you in any way you require. You are given option to get anything you want(books or courses) as long as it helps your future. Focuses on work-life balance and you have options to avail comp-off for extra work done.

      Cons

      Now this is not necessarily a con but it is essentially a consultancy where you are loaned to another company and all your holidays and work timings are dependent on that company. TI still has it's own projects and you can ask if you want to work on the company's projects. Compared to other consultancy of this size, TI has fewer perks to offer.
