      Pros

      The people and the culture make Technologent stand out from other companies I've worked for over my career. They truly care about people, promote a family-first lifestyle, and the work-life balance has been fantastic.

      Cons

      Some clients are small, which bring some challenges. Each region still has a very different set of processes and procedures, some more formalized than others - although there are some initial steps being taken to remediate.

      Technologent is a fun place to work. It is an honest company that cares about their customers.

      Cons

      Sometimes I felt as though they made promises to their employees and did not keep them and sometimes the in office space can feel a little dramatic and tense.
