      No ability to attract new customers

      Pros

      Good interpersonal treatment, all the flexibility you want.

      Cons

      No ability to market whatsoever, so sales efforts come down to your own network. there is also phone and email, but who responds to these from strangers anymore? Tough going and reactive leadership.

      Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Technologent was not all that it could be. A correction regarding the websites and marketing. We did at one time have two sites, as the result of an acquisition in the Northeast. These have now been fully integrated and optimized for inbound marketing via Hubspot. Each rep has the option to utilize these resources, and can request custom campaigns via our 4 regional marketing managers.       What a great company to work for - family oriented!!!

      Pros

      What a great company! Went to work there over 5 years ago and never regretted this decision. These are forward thinkers who really offer a good work/life balance. They are family oriented and put family in front of everything. Pay is very very generous and aligned with the type of work I do. All employees are like family and get along well inside and outside the office!

      Cons

      There is not a single thing wrong with this company. I hope to grow into management one day and retire from Technologent!

      Pros

      They offered an opportunity for a job in a small town where there are not very many options for work. They do offer reasonable health insurance and 401K plan.

      Cons

      Wages are low, incentives promised are not received or changed at will, favoritism is high if you are part of the clique, if not then advancement is nearly impossible. Moral within the work environment is low. Ability to use creativity is not easily, if at all, accepted by management.
