Pros

There are some good, talented people there. They have a former Program Manager there that is doing the best he can at BD. The Business Analyst is young, but dedicated. The BD guy in San Antonio is VERY good. One Senior Manager is good and dedicated to the company's continued existence.

Cons

Be prepared when you give your two weeks to be shown the door immediately, WITHOUT THEM PAYING YOU for the full two weeks! They will cut you out immediately even though you have a deliverable within those two weeks and are fully prepared to dedicate excess hours to making it a winner for the client. Yes, that's right. They have an emotional reaction and are even willing to tank a major effort you have just started to work on, hurting the company's chances of survival. This was after I was begged to stay, and told "we need you, we need you!" This kind of behavior makes me wish I had left when I first thought about doing so.

This review requires several pivotal clarifications. First, the employee submitted two weeks notice in the midst of a proposal with no commitment to complete it. Second, the employee requested time off in the midst of a busy project to meet with their new employer. All employees have personal obligations to attend to. At that time their request for leave put the company in a compromising position. We appreciate that the resigning employee was forthcoming about the decision to terminate employment with us to pursue a new opportunity. Our decision to escalate the resignation request was executed because it was the best decision for TeAM. Our actions were based on our immediate need to regroup and restrategize. It wasn’t an emotional decision; it was strictly based on the professional needs of our organization. Transitions are customarily difficult processes and we wish all exiting employees nothing but the best in their endeavors. The Senior Management at TeAM respects and appreciates all of our employees and make is a daily practice to follow standard protocol to ensure fair and just treatment.
