      Pros

      TSC is a great place to learn the basics of cost accounting for government contractors. Supervisors are extremely competent and help guide you through different projects.

      Cons

      The culture is very independent where you could go entire days without interacting with other workers or managers. Sometimes this is a good thing, but other times can be boring.

      Pros

      When I was there they were very accommodating about taking time off and fairly flexible with the working hours. They also try to keep senior management to a minimum.

      Cons

      Sometimes they do strange things that don't make any sense and seem counterproductive. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. Sometimes it felt like senior management was being manipulated by certain parties.

      The people there are nice and the environment is laidback

      Cons

      Management doesn't communicate and feedback isn't given that much so it's hard to know where to improve. Growth is very limited within the company. After I started working there, I saw six people leave over three months because they either resigned or quit. The morale was low throughout the company.
