Pros

I’ve only been at TA for a few months, but I came from an agency setting and the culture here is day and night. TA is a breath of fresh air, with execs that recognize the hard work of their employees, teammates who are more than collaborative, and a work life balance I have never experienced before. They also provide all the equipment you need to WFH efficiently, and the other perks and benefits are unmatched. The leadership team and people ops team is constantly providing training, resources and more to help the entire company grow, learn, and see other perspectives with DE&I — and invests in their employees personal growth with fun sessions such as book reimbursement and First Fridays, which include a bonus structure for presenting something you are passionate about. Other than that, we also have happy half hours, management training sessions and coffee chats, and more. You won’t regret a career here!

Cons

I have yet to experience a con. The only thing I wish is there was an offsite sometime to meet my talented colleagues in person!

Currently, we hold in-person events 1x per quarter in Nashville, TN where our headquarters are located, and offer a travel stipend for teammates outside of Nashville to join us for our Stakeholders' meeting! -THE PEOPLE! Vibrant, diverse teams. I love working with people all around the world and from different backgrounds. Everyone wants to help you succeed and works together well. -Great accountability / development system. You meet with your manager frequently and get feedback in a review system that exists for your professional development. -Flexibility. Take PTO when you need it, work from home, and take time during your day for you. TA believes you don't have to "defend your existence" -- they trust you to do your work well.

Cons

-At times, the company can feel a little disjointed and it's difficult to communicate across teams. This is very common for growing companies. -The pay is on the lower end of average. -Interview process was strenuous. They want to ensure you are the best fit for the position and you know what the role entails BEFORE the offer. Though it was trying at the time, I felt prepared heading into my new role.
