Cons

I recommend taking the 1-star reviews seriously. Many of the higher ratings seem to come from new hires or employees still in the honeymoon phase—I was once in that position too, so I understand. Unfortunately, my experience deteriorated over time. Several managers were assigned to teams in areas they had no relevant background in, which led to poor decision-making, lack of clear direction, and often unfair blame on the team when things went wrong. Delegation without understanding, ungrounded suggestions, and resistance to feedback were all common. When things succeeded, credit went upward; when they didn’t, the blame often fell unfairly on team members—with some even being let go. There is little to no structure for performance improvement; instead, minor issues can be escalated quickly toward termination. HR, in my experience, functioned more as an enforcement arm than an employee support system. Conversations about dismissal can happen abruptly, and access to systems and devices is removed during the call—making the process feel impersonal and harsh. The compensation did not match the stress or instability of the role. Final advice: If you’re looking for long-term growth, fair management, and a supportive work culture, you may want to explore other opportunities.

Thank you for your review. We understand experiences can differ, but many team members have chosen to grow with us long-term. While it’s disappointing that you found no positive aspects, we appreciate your time here and are genuinely curious what motivated you to stay for over a year. We’d also like to clarify that our leadership assignments are made thoughtfully, with a focus on transferable skills, growth potential, and alignment with business needs. Cross-functional leadership is intentional in many cases and is supported by ongoing training and collaboration. We encourage open dialogue and constructive feedback, and while difficult decisions are sometimes necessary, they are made with care and in alignment with our core values. We remain committed to fostering a culture of accountability, support, and shared success. We wish you the best in your next opportunity.

Pros

Figured out what I wanted to do in life and what I would not accept from a new employer. This job was a great out of college job but I was 100% taken advantage of. I worked with the company for 1 year and a couple of months but was employed with another company before that got bought by TA. so technically 2 years and some.

Cons

- little pay - everyone gets laid off after 1 year. - having to juggle other people’s work but yet never getting promoted. - time is tracked on devices. Legit. Every second of the day. - regardless of work being completed you still have to have to be glued to the laptop - no paid lunch or given time to walk away from device, I was told you are paid for a 40 hour work week so you need to be device after the whole time. If I took a lunch break I had to make that time up because I didn’t have a lunch break.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We want to clarify a few points for accuracy. It is not our policy or expectation for employees to remain continuously active on their devices without breaks. In the U.S., lunch breaks are typically not compensable; however, we encourage all team members to take appropriate time away from their desks—including for meals and downtime—as part of supporting healthy work-life harmony. It’s also important to note that layoffs are not routine. Everyone is not laid off after one year of service. We take feedback around compensation, workload, and advancement seriously and are committed to ensuring that development opportunities and performance expectations are clearly communicated across the organization. If you have specific concerns you'd like to discuss, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team directly.
