Pros
I've never been a part of team that is so hard-working or excellent at what they do. This place is different - in a world of employees trying to do as little as possible to get by, this company employs team members who care about the company and want to see it succeed. Taking action, hitting (and surpassing) goals, and taking ownership are all second-nature and the energy is contagious.
Cons
There will always be growing pains... that's just business. But, what is great is that leadership team is open to feedback and is quick to admit that they have room to learn and grow, too.
