I've had the pleasure of working at Technomics for just over a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I joined, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the company's commitment to my well-being. One of the standout features is the incredible benefits package. From free snacks to free medical & dental insurance, the company goes above and beyond to ensure its employees are taken care of. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant salary increase I received in my first year, which speaks volumes about their commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent.

Cons

Many younger team members experience difficulties with professionalism and adapting socially to an in-person workplace. This causes friction at times. But the day I don't have to take a WebEx call with an teammate working from home cannot come soon enough.

Good office amenities, large number of younger workers from similar backgrounds. Good benefit package

Cons

Poor management in my opinion. Management seemed to be more focused on looking good for their superiors instead of their employees. Pay is not competitive. Toxic environment.
