Employee owned culture = Make an impact regardless of role/position, financially benefit from company performance, team mentality, ability to work with anyone from the CEO down. - Employee ownership will build wealth at a young age. - Opportunities everywhere, the sky is the limit (but will take effort) Fortunate to have joined Technomics out of school.

Cons

No standout cons. Not saying Technomics is perfect in every way, but when there is an issue, it is typically addressed. If you have an issue, you will be heard.

Pros

I enjoyed my time at Technomics. The company itself is highly advanced and well known within the industry (so an A+ resume booster once you leave). I learned a lot and met some pretty exceptional people. All in all, would recommend.

Cons

The salary wasn’t phenomenal. I left because I needed more money in my pocket to be happy and I have no shame admitting that.

Wow! I don’t have words! I really hit the jackpot! This was my first job and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work right out of college! My resume got the boost it needed to make me a more desirable employee. The problem with college is that it often derives you of much needed work experience. Technomics gave me the work experience I was sorely missing.

They’ve taken care of me. I don’t have anything to put into this section.
