Pros

Plenty of hours to go around. That’s not something I’ve ever had to worry about working here. I joined with limited knowledge and have since expanded my knowledge/skillset significantly. The culture is incredibly vibrant. Somewhat of a party culture. Many of the staff here hangout outside of work.

Cons

You’re encouraged to put in overtime quite often.

Pros

Well compensated for the work we do. The staff are intelligent and eager. I’ve made many good friends that I still keep in touch with to this day even though I’ve already left Technomics for other opportunities. Work/life balance wasn’t all that bad. Numerous senior analysts will take the younger guys under their wing.

Cons

I don’t have much to say when it comes to cons.

Pros

They kept every promise they made me during the initial interview and frankly have completely blown them out of the water. What I appreciate most about working here is the fact they have a true open-door policy. If you need to talk to a manager, they’re always available. It gave me peace of mind to know that I can rely on the higher ups to be there should I ever need them.

Cons

Sometimes you may take on projects that are a pain in the butt to work on.
