Pros

The most employee centric company I’ve ever worked for. They focus a lot of their resources on building the culture. Many of the employees here are young and hungry for success so if you’re allergic to a high energy environment you might want to pass this one up. Many ways to socialize and relax during the work day with a ping pong table, coffee, snacks and even alcohol after work hours. All free. They know how to take care of their people here.

Cons

Sometimes work can be a little tedious. Nothing too bad though.

Pros

Management genuinely cares about the staff. This isn’t one of those churn and burn companies where employees are treated like numbers to be discarded when they’ve reached their limit. While employees are required to give 110% management will never give you more than you can handle. If I could give this company more stars than five stars I would in a heartbeat!

Cons

Technomics moves at a mile per minute. It can be difficult to keep up.

From the healthy work environment to my amazing co-workers, Technomics constantly surprises me with its ability to keep me fully engaged even after working here for two years straight. Management is super supportive and while stress can’t be avoided in this line of work, it’s kept to a minimum.

Cons

Change isn’t easy but we’re getting by. The individuals who can’t handle it often quit anyways.
