Pros

Team outings New-hire lunches Holiday parties ESOP Decent benefits

Cons

There were so many red flags that I subconsciously ignored during the interview that definitely became issues during my employment. From my perspective, they mostly hire young, recent grads so that they can mold them into the workers they want them to be. And they also know that young people are more willing to accept all the things Technomics will put them through (e.g. lower pay, hours-long unpaid trainings after hours, managers/team leads that don’t truly listen to employee concerns, consistently pushing working overtime hours etc.). They try to make up for that with social outings and weekly new-hire lunches. Emphasis on “weekly”. Technomics prides itself in saying it is not the company for most people, which is evident by the high turnover rate and most tenured employees being those who started as recent grads. I will say that I’ve experienced bits and pieces of all the recent bad reviews so it feels nice to be validated there. Overall, your experience will be determined by which team you land on. Not all managers/team leads are created equal. There definitely are success stories, but that wasn’t my experience at all unfortunately.

Pros

-Office Amenities -Arguably compensation is "adequate"

Cons

-The pros from above are not really pros when you consider other employers offer flexible hybrid and work from home opportunities. I mean Technomics better have a cushy office if they expect everyone to come in four days a week. -I would describe Technomics culture as toxic and concerned more about appearance rather than actual results. -One might forgive the immaturity that stems from hiring impressionable fresh college grads but the funny thing is that the most immature people in the org are the more tenured individuals who partake in tearing others down rather than focusing on themselves and how they could improve. If gossiping and being petty could be billed to the client then Technomics may actually meet their revenue goals without having to mislead the "employee owner". -Dated mentalities at the top and it's clear Technomics suffers from hiring the exact same type of individual leading to an uninspiring work environment where you have to get in line. -Rampant Favoritism, you either fit in or you don't. It's like the hunger games. Being a good worker is more about getting the worst type of people to like you rather than actual ability. -All I hear are rumors so I cannot confirm but there is most likely sexism.

Pros

Working at Technomics is an exceptional experience that consistently surpasses expectations. Despite a few naysayers who couldn’t keep up with the high standards set by our CEO (and now our Data Management & Analytics leader), Technomics shines brightly as a beacon of corporate excellence. Technomics fosters an atmosphere of unparalleled support and self-ownership. Our benefits package is exemplary, featuring snacks, investment plans, and fantastic medical and dental insurance—all demonstrating the company’s profound commitment to employee well-being. The vast majority of my colleagues epitomize friendliness and helpfulness. The plethora of engaging events, both within and outside the office, keeps us entertained and motivated every single day. The modification of the telework policy, now allowing work from home on Fridays, underscores the leadership’s commitment to fostering a collaborative in-office culture. Our office is also in a prime location, with many activities available even after 7 PM. Salaries for those with humanities and social science degrees are very competitive. While those with finance, engineering, or technology degrees may be able to earn significantly higher salaries elsewhere, it is essential to consider the TOTAL compensation that Technomics offers its employee-owners. This year we saw significant salary increases with the reduction of outdated incentives that were no longer being leveraged. With the company’s steadfast focus on maintaining steady growth in stock prices, early retirement dreams are becoming a reality for many.

Cons

Challenges are minimal and primarily involve minor generational differences, such as younger team members occasionally struggling with professionalism and adapting to in-person work environments. These instances, however, are rare and add to the dynamic diversity of the workplace.
