Pros

Mission is inspiring and most colleagues are great

Cons

Poor leadership, burn out culture, low pay and little to no bonuses, all while you hear constantly how well iff leadership is and how big and well-performing the AUM portfolio is. Very little positive recognition. Leadership doesn’t do a good job with clear strategy, direction and vision. Leaves many teams rudderless and and feeling either in the dark or in question of the strength or intention of leadership

Pros

* Very much a 'build' organization, great if you like building products from scratch without requirements, resources or time * Lots of press, Techcrunch features Techstars frequently, * Work life balance, there's no accountability so feel free to answer slack messages while you're at the park with your dog

Cons

* Poor working environment, some colleagues flaunt their wealth, slacking about their $6M home with a built-in horse stable, while others are eating ramen noodles for lunch * Zero career opportunities * Lacks basic coordination and strategy. We learned about a new direction in the company from a press release * Disorganized management team * Relies on hero development instead of working together
