      Pros

      For those who enjoy working with founders, programs are very hands on.

      Cons

      Absolutely no growth opportunities, on top of beureaucracy, means high turnover leading to mediocre quality. Techstars is counting on it's diminishing reputation to justify below market compensation. Recent leadership hires lack investing or entrepreneurial experience leading to massive disconnect and highly questionable top-down decisions.
