- TTi does a great job of training its Field Sales Reps - Competitive compensation package, 401k from start date with company match, generous vacation package w/o a probationary period - Opportunity to move & receive a relocation bonus (this is taxed heavily) - Learn a ton about power tools and how vendor/supplier/retail store relationship works - Single store rep, more opportunity for recognition, less drive time

Cons

- Your manager can really make or break your experience - Lack of organization - Lots of mail sent to your home, many managers do not see a need to allow you to clock this time spent organizing and moving things into your truck - Limited opportunity for growth, especially if on the West Coast
