Pros
The team that I worked with was very supportive. I was actually the first intern ever in this position, but they handled the program very well and were genuinely interested in my growth. On top of the regular intern duties I was responsible for a large capstone project that was actually instrumental in the operation of the company. I really felt I had a pupose here as well as opportunities to grow.
Cons
Because I was the first Intern in this program there was a lack of jobs to take up my time when not working on the big project, but that should be different now since I worked there in 2014.
