Good union members to work with as well fellow Supervisors.

Cons

Managers do not walk their talk, Superintendents do what ever their managers want, whether it makes sense or not. Management DO NOT care, it is one big façade. Wages are way to high, breeds corruption and laziness. "Fake it to ya make it" TECK management motto !!!
