      Decent money. Good benefits and pention plan that has been hard fought for.

      Cons

      To much politics , they try to control the employee's lives on and off site. You don't want to get hurt there or you will experiance their true compassion

      Pros

      Holidays are plentiful. After only a few years you can gain a fair bit of holidays and pretty much use them whenever you want during the year.

      Cons

      Upper managment is having poor oganzation skills due to a lack of experiance. Most upper management has not been in their roles for more than 2 years due to many baby boomers retireing.
