      Government bureaucracy extends to private industry as well. Sometimes progress is frustratingly slow.

      Pros

      The benefits were fantastic. Tecolote paid for health insurance and funded employee pension plan and stock/profit option plans. Tecolote strives for low turnover rates. Excellent management.

      Cons

      Most work effort is with the government, which can place more knowledgeable commercial contractors being directed by unqualified government employees.
