Great paid time off, 18 days vacation and 7 days sick with the option to cash out hours. Expectations are working 40 hours a week for analysts and admins with opportunities for extra compensation. Retirement benefits (ESOP and money purchase pension) can result in a lot of money from the company and allow employees to legitimately retire. There is educational allowances available to employees as well. The division I worked in emphasized importance of professional development and certifications were paid by the company.

Management works hard to keep morale up, and it is a true employee owned culture, you feel loyal to your team and your customers. I have had my fair share of work in various industries, and know that corporate culture can be cold, but NOT HERE.
