Popcorn on Thursdays and cookouts once a year plus an occasional pizza party

Cons

Management does NOT keep there word. Asked to help in other areas and get stuck in them areas or off shifts without letting people go back to usual jobs. They don’t pay their senior people good compared to new hires. Take away vacation from employees. More worried about what the company looks like from the outside rather than what actually happens inside.

Good manager and good plant General Manager when I was there

Cons

Layoff after layoff (staying just under the WARN radar); executive leadership is out of touch and overbearing, holding plant leaders hostage to unrealistic KPIs, and firing plant leaders at a rapid pace. There is erosion of confidence/ loyalty from key and longstanding customers.
