Think of this: you apply to a posted opening and go through the whole process including onsite visit/facilities tour. You get the written offer that you accept following all their instructions on a Thursday which requires presenting your two-weeks notice on your current job and on Monday you get a call just saying they're pulling the offer with no reason or apology of any kind. They leave you without both your current or the new job and don't care a thing. You're treated like trash. Well that's what you could expect from Tecomet. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

Management dose not know what they are doing. They have had so much change in management "a new GM every year" that they don't have a plan and they don't communicate with the shop floor well. Majority of the good employees that are not leads left. Management makes it clear they do not care about the employees. They have monthly meetings with everyone with headlines of integrity and teamwork two things management dose not have.
